How long does order processing take?
All our products are handcrafted. Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days before dispatch.
What are the delivery timelines?
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–5 business days, depending on your location.
Are shipping charges included at checkout?
Shipping charges are calculated after order preparation based on weight, size, and location, and shared before dispatch.
Do you ship across India and internationally?
Yes, we offer pan-India and worldwide shipping.
Can I send my order directly as a gift?
Absolutely! We can ship directly to your loved ones with custom notes and gift-ready packaging.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid via UPI or bank transfer.

Atelier Letluforia is a sub-brand of Anartaffaire, which handles billing and payments.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since our products are handcrafted and often customized, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed
Can I change my order after placing it?
Order modifications are only allowed within 24 hours of placement. After that, changes cannot be accommodated.

Are your candles made with soy wax?
Yes, our candles are made using high-quality soy wax blends for a clean and long-lasting burn.
Why is the first burn important?
The first burn helps prevent tunnelling and ensures an even, longer-lasting burn.
Why does melted wax collect around the wick?
This is normal and helps create a full melt pool for better fragrance throw.
Why do soy candles sometimes look frosted or uneven?
Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy wax and does not affect performance.
Should I trim the wick?
Yes, always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting for a clean flame.
